If you receive an item in error just send it back in the same condition as you received the item for a full refund less return shipping. Our customers are family and it is our goal to ensure you are treated as such. Although you have the option of ordering by mail and fax we always love to talk to you. It brightens our day. Even though we have a shipping policy, we will do our best to find the cheapest shipping for all your orders. It's one of the advantages we have for our customers since we can process our orders here at stitchdreamer. Your happiness and 100% satisfaction is our concern. About us
My husband Kenny and I live in the rolling hills of North Texas. We love the outdoors and enjoy bbq'ing with family and friends often. I have been a quilter for 36 years and have had 3 quilt shops over the years. I have designed patterns, conducted a Longarm school and sold media DVD's to teach across this great nation the joys of Longarm Quilting. Now that I no longer longarm I have caught the dollmakers bug and am having the best time of it. Sometimes Kenny gives me a hard time with sequins laying about and hair sitting next to his coffee cup in the mornings but he means well and knows I am thoroughly enjoying myself..so long story short he puts up with me. God Bless Him. We have 4 children who we adore and wait with anticipation for every phone call or exciting story about school. Alas we have only two left at home now and Spencer just graduated this year. Columbia our youngest has 6 more years to go. So in our twilight years we are taking a deep breath regaining composer for the next exciting 6 years of volley ball, slumber parties, and boyfriends who break hearts. In closing I hope my little eyeglass into our world was an enjoyable one. Your privacy is our top priority. We will never sell, or give out your information to anyone. However, if we receive a request from law enforcement
via subpoena then we are obligated by law to do so.
Payment policy
*All credit card orders are processed directly through StitchDreamer.
*I have a SSL site. You'll see in your address bar the "s" after http; this means secure socket layer is offered throughout our site.
*To keep cost down which would normally be passed on to you the customer through a third party shopping cart, I have implemented a more economical and secure approach for all your transaction needs.
*All your information is secure and your information will never be given out or sold at all. I take your personal information and needs seriously.
*Ordering with me is easy. Just Print out the .pdf order form or call in your

If there is a question concerning your card information or I cannot read your writing I will contact you with the contact information you put on your form so please be generous with contact information.
*If your card is declined I am required by my merchant services to wait 24 hours before attempting to run your card again. I usually ask for another card.
This usually solves all issues.
Shipping Policy
Products are shipped within 3 business days after receiving payment in full. Shipping rates are as follows:
***USPS Flat rate small package 5.20 + .70 (tracking # and delivery confirmation) = 5.90 (this is for the smaller items such as notions, needles, most hand tools used by dollmakers, quilters, and seamstresses.
***USPS Flat rate medium package 10.95 + .70 (tracking # and delivery confirmation) = 11.65 (this is for fat quarters, larger notions, multiple patterns,
embellishments)
***USPS Flat rate large package 14.95 + .70 (tracking # and delivery confirmation) = 15.65 (this is for multiple items)
Any order larger than the size of boxes above will fit will have to be calculated based on zipcode and weight and added to your order
before payment is made. If we have to figure shipping then we will contact you before payment in full.
Any order over 85.00 is free shipping. Buy in bulk and save.
We want you comfortable with shipping.
Although we have a set policy for shipping prices I will do my best to make sure you get the best rates for your shipping cost.
Flat rate is usually how we send items because we can ship multiple items for a low flat rate to anywhere in the U.S. depending on the size of the order.
We also take international orders as well.
Return Policy
If you receive an item by mistake and its in its original condition please send it back for a full refund less return shipping.
Customer pays return shipping. No refunds on cut yardage. There are no returns or refunds on discounted/vintage items, they are sold as is.
We love our customers and have a forum dedicated just for you. Show your work! Ask a question! Believe there is NO stupid questions! So please ask if you have a craft question wether its regarding home decor, doll making, quilting, embroidery, knitting,,,it does'nt matter, just ask.

Wholesale
Wholesale orders are simple. There is a minimum first order of 80.00 and a minimum order of 45.00 for each order after. If ordering doll patterns by Annie Lee Designs copyright 2011, you must order a minimum of 4 patterns each. Contact Annie for pricing information. You must have a Tax ID, a business card, and one business reference you already have established. Once you have established that you want to buy wholesale from Annie Lee Designs then a wholesale form will be sent to you.

when ordering by email please include name, contact info., including phone number and order information. If paying by credit card do not give your credit card information via email. I will contact you the same day I receive your order,to process your order. Thanks Annie.
